Abstract: This ICR covers the information collection activities associated with processing, granting, and collecting pesticide registration fees and waivers. This ICR will consolidate the following currently approved ICRs: "Pesticide Registration Maintenance Fees" (EPA No. 1214.07, OMB No. 2070-0100) and "Pesticide Registration Fee Waivers" (EPA No. 2147.03, OMB No. 2070-0167). The Agency's collection of these fees is mandated by statute.

Short Statement: This is a new ICR, so there are no changes from a previous version of this new ICR. However, this ICR combines two existing ICRs (OMB Control No. 2070-0167 and 2070-0100) with approved burden currently in the OMB Inventory. The burden for pesticide product registration maintenance fee ICR is the same as in the previous ICR, and there is a small decrease in burden from the previous pesticide registration fee waivers ICR.
