DoD will use this information to
resolve organizational conflicts of interest arising in a systems
engineering and technical assistance contract for an Major Defense
Acquisition Program, as required by section 207 of the Weapons
System Acquisition Reform Act of 2009 (WSARA).
New Collection. Burden reduced
from what was submitted at the proposed rule stage as some
respondents commented on the undue burden imposed by the disclosure
requirements of the proposed clause 252.2003-70XX, but that clause
has been deleted from the final rule.
