PUBLIC COMMENT ON FEDERAL REGISTER FW: youve done behavioral
assessments for the past 30 years - shut this down
STOP EXPANDING INTO NEW
PROJECTS. THE TAXPAYERS HAVE BEEN FLEECED QUITE ENOUGH IN THE LAST 50
YEARS BY THIS FIGHT. THESE HIV AFFECTED PEOPLE KNOW BY NOW WHAT
ACTIVITIES COST THEM ILLNESS. THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO PROTECT
THEMSELVES. IT IS TIME THAT TAXPAYERS STOP OPENING THEIR WALLETS
AND BEING FLEECED TO PAY FOR HAZARDOUS BEHAVIOR.
TAXPAYERSALSO SHOULDNT HAVE TO PAY HIGH PRICED HIGH PAY
WASHINGON BUREAUCRATS TO DO ANY MORE IN THIS AREA. TAXPAYERS HAVE
ALREADY SPENT HUNDREDS OF GAZILLIONSOF DOLLARS TO FIGHT THIS ISSUE.
IT IS TIME TO ASK THOSE IN THIS AREA TO TAKE SPECIFIC STEPS TO
PROTECT THEIR OWN LIVES. I OPPOSE THIS SPENDING. I OPPOSE THIS NEW
PROGRAM UNLESS IT IS FULLY FUNDED BY A TAX ON THOSE WHO HAVE
THIS DISEASE. PEOPLE INVOLVED IN HAZAFDOUS AREAS NEED TO MODIFY
THEIR OWN BEHAVIOR. NOBODY CAN SAVE THEM IF THEY DONT TAKE STEPS TO
SAVE THEMSELVES. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.
