The United States (U.S.) Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is supplementing the Mandatory Reporting of Greenhouse Gases Program at 40 CFR 98 to require reporting of fluorinated greenhouse gas (fluorinated GHG) emissions from electronics manufacturing, production of fluorinated compounds, use of electrical equipment, manufacture of electrical equipment, and import and export of pre-charged equipment and closed cell foams.
