Short Statement: This collection consolidates NSP-1, NSP-3, and CDBG Disaster Recovery and NSP3-Technical Assistance grants under one "DRGR" submission. DRGR is the grant reporting system used for all of these programs. A separate collection exists for NSP2, which includes NSP-TA funded by the NSP2 appropriation.
