This is a request for the revision of
the Client-Level Data Reporting System for the HIV/AIDS Bureau at
the Health Resources and Services Administration that will be used
to collect de-identified client-level data from grantees and
service providers funded under the Ryan White HIV/AIDS
Program.
The annual burden for this
information collection activity will decrease by 70,215 hours (from
88,190 hours to 17,975 hours). A decrease of 65,892 hours are due
to program changes and a decrease of 3,473 hours are due to
adjustments in the number of respondents participating. The
following program changes contribute to the 65,892 hour burden
decrease: 1) The reporting frequency for the Ryan White Services
Report will be decreasing from bi-annually to annually, 2) The
Client Level Data Collection System has been deleted from the list
of ICs/Part 2 and 3)The reporting hours for some of the ICs have
been slightly modified.

with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR
1320.8(b)(3).
