CHARTER SCHOOL AUTHORIZER ANNUAL UPDATE
The National Charter School Resource Center and the U.S. Department of Education’s Office of Innovation and Improvement

to gather information about reasons for charter school closures and renewals.
Answers to this survey and information gathered from public records will be entered into a publicly-available national
database and updated each year.
Your participation in this survey is important to inform federal and state efforts to support and strengthen charter school
