This ICR change worksheet updates the 2007 ICR for Prevention of Significant Deterioration and Non-Attainment New Source Review (ICR No. 1230.23)to reflect adjustments to the NSR program due to the finalization of the Greenhouse Gas Tailoring Rule and subsequent SIP Fix. The current NSR ICR is set to expire in April 2012.
