Short Statement: The burden hours decreased by 42 hours due to not funding one of the partnership agreements (Community Partnerships). However, the number of responses increased due to additional interest in the remaining 3 agreements. This increased the responses by 124 and therefore the number of responses increased from 180 to 211.
