Subject: Help OSTLTS and CDC improve “Did You Know?”

Good morning/afternoon,

In December 2010, the Office for State, Tribal, Local and Territorial Support (OSTLTS) at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention launched “Did You Know?”, a weekly email meant to inform our state, tribal, local and territorial health partners about recent public health news and reports and help them use this data to put evidence-based recommendations into public health.

In order to ensure that we provide only the most relevant and timely content, we would like to invite state, tribal, local and territorial public health professionals who subscribe to “Did You Know?” to participate in a 10-15 minute survey. Your feedback is invaluable and will be used as we develop future “Did You Know?” content.
