Abstract: CDC requests an Extension to the Generic Clearance to continue to collect information related to domestic public health issues and services that affect state, tribal, local, and territorial STLT governmental entities. For this Revision ICR there are no proposed changes to the purpose or scope of the generic clearance, however, the requested number of responses and total burden hours will decrease by 50%.
