Subpart S requirements will complement current regulatory efforts to protect people and the environment during oil and gas exploration and production activities on the OCS.
The current OMB inventory includes 465,099 burden hours for this collection of information. Due to a proposed rulemaking, this submission requests a program change increase of 177,077 burden hours. The current OMB inventory for non-hour cost burdens remains the same.
