The Agency is requesting an adjustment increase of 639 burden hours (from 12,775 to 13,414). The increase in hours is primarily due to an increase in the estimated number of OSHA-7 forms being processed from 48,298 to 50,715 forms. There was an overall increase in cost from $990 to $1,116. The increase occurred due to an increase in the estimated number of written OSHA-7 forms being received from 2,415 to 2,536 forms. Also the cost of postage increased from 41¢ to 44¢.
