There has been a decrease in the operation and maintenance cost from $3,558,000 to $3,417,840 (-$140,160) due to a decrease in reporting under the Act. DOL has also disaggregated the burden estimates to reflect that individuals or households are respondents, resulting in an increase of 69,000 responses.
