Abstract: The Woodsy Owl - Smokey Bear Act of 1974 established the Woodsy Owl symbol and slogan. Commercial use of the Woodsy Owl symbol and slogan includes replication on items such as tee shirts, mugs, pins, figurines, ornaments, stickers, and toys; and includes use of the image and/or slogan in motion pictures, documentaries, magazine stories, books, magazines, and other for-profit paper products. Woodsy Owl is America's symbol for the conservation of the environment.

Short Statement: There is an increase of 115 burden hours attributed to an increase in respondents and after re-evaluation increased the record keeping response time from 2 hours to 3 hours. The agency also made a bookkeeping change by combining the two IC's into a single IC.
