Abstract: The purpose of this information collection is to provide data that will be included in a program evaluation of the National Gap Analysis Program (GAP). This part of the program evaluation will involve a survey of individuals who have used GAP data. The program evaluation of GAP includes the domains of need for the program, implementation and delivery, and impact.

The following is a summary of the topics, regarding the proposed collection of information, that the certification covers:
