This request for a nonsubstantive change would enhance the specificity of the current SQSP requirements by adding a section to Handbook 336 requiring states to include a corrective action plan to reduce and recover improper payments in their annual State Quality Service Plan (SQSP) submission. The added burden is expected to be three hours per respondent.
