PURPOSE:

1. To support law enforcement agencies in the investigation and prosecution of financial crimes through the use of FinCEN Query to conduct queries and analysis on Title 31 information.



DESCRIPTION OF RESPONDENTS:

State, and Local Law Enforcement and Regulators, who are subject the PRA.
