This survey collects data on speeding, aggressive driving, distracted driving fatigued driving, and other potentially unsafe driving actions. Findings will be used to determine the scope of the problem and to guide the development of countermeasures.

Name of Law: Highway Safety Act of 1970
This is a reinstatement with changes of a previous survey that had expired: OMB# 2127-0613.
The number of interviews and costs has changed because this collection will include cell phones
for the first time, which requires a larger sample, and general cost for surveys have changed
since the previous survey in 2002.
