The Recovery Act recipient will select the appropriate award they will be reporting under the
Core Activity module. In this updated version of RAMPS, the recipient can choose to select
either Core Activities or Annual Statement while under the Core Activity module. If the recipient
selects on Core Activities, then the series of screen prompts are the current OMB approved
RAMPS version for Core Activities.

In the screenshots case below, the recipient has selected to edit the Core Activity section within
a specific grant. These series of screen prompts are the current OMB approved RAMPS version
for Core Activities.

In the next series of RAMPS screen shots, the recipient has returned to the opening screen of
the Core Activities module. In this next scenario, the recipient will choose to edit the Annual
Statement of a specific grant. This is the RAMPS enhancement.

In this updated version of RAMPS, the recipient can choose to select either Core Activities or
Annual Statement while under the Core Activity module. Once the recipient selects to edit the
Annual Statement of an award within the Core Activities reporting module, the recipient can
choose to create new, revise current or view previously generated Annual Statements (HUD
Form 50075.1) The Annual Statements generated will be pre-populated with information from
Core Activity reports previously submitted by the recipient.

In this example, the recipient has elected to create an Annual Statement. The next series of
prompts the recipient to enter the work activities associated with a specific grant. The recipient
will be prompted to enter work activity data within the five major sections of the Annual
Statement including: Work Activity Details (obligation/expenditure info), Budget Line Items (how
funds were budgeted), Building Systems (type of work being done), Other Measures (special
activities), Affected Developments/AMPS (where work was done). These five major portions of
the Annual Statement are illustrated in the screenshots below.

Upon completing the Annual Statement work activities, the recipient can either submit the
report or save as a draft to revise at a later date.

The output is a downloadable PDF version of HUD Form 50075.1 which the recipient can
submit as part of Capital Fund Program requirements. This RAMPS enhancement integrates
information from Core Activity reports previously submitted by the recipient and pre-populates
this within the Annual Statement; improving the reporting process by saving the recipient time
completing the required documentation and increasing accuracy through transferring previously
supplied Core Activity information automatically to HUD Form 50075.1.

In this example, the recipient has already submitted an Annual Statement and will serve as the original
report. Upon submission the report can no longer be changed, it can only viewed and downloaded as a
PDF. Each subsequent Annual Statement will be generated as a revised Annual Statement / Performance
& Evaluation Report. Each generated report will all be using the same report (HUD Form 50075.1), the
only difference is a change in the date period and report type as seen below:

The recipient has elected to edit their Annual Statement report for a specific grant. The
recipient is presented the option to edit the Core Activities of Public Housing: development,
administration and modernization.

The following screen shots reflect the options the recipient will have to create and revise their
Annual Statement. In this example the recipient has elected to edit the Public Housing
modernization portion of their Annual Statement. Each series of information collection prompts
are pre-populated with information from Core Activity reports submitted by the recipient. The
recipient can select and review the five major sections of the Annual Statement including: Work
Activity Details (obligation/expenditure info), Budget Line Items (how funds were budgeted),
Other Measures (special activities), Affected Developments/AMPS (where work was done),
Installation Information (what types of work was done at specific locations). These five major
portions of the Annual Statement are illustrated in the screenshots below.

Upon completing the Annual Statement review, the recipient can either submit the report or
save as a draft to revise at a later date.

reflected below as “P&E Report Rev.1”. The recipient can edit this report or view it as a PDF.
(Remember that earlier in this example, the recipient has already submitted an Annual
Statement and will serve as the original report. Each subsequent Annual Statement will be
generated as a revised Annual Statement / Performance & Evaluation Report.)
