We’d like you to participate in a telephone interview for the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food and Nutrition Service. The interview will help us learn whether the meals your child gets through the summer food program will ensure they get the healthy food they need in the summer.

Because we don’t have a telephone number for you, we’re giving you a cell phone with 60 minutes of pre-paid time. To activate the phone, please call the 800-number below within the next 24 hours and complete an interview.

The interview will take about 30 minutes. Once it’s over, we’ll add 20 more minutes to the phone as a thank you for your participation, for a total of 50 free minutes. After finishing the interview, the phone is yours to keep. You can use the minutes we gave you and then pay to add more time.
