AT MARINE TERMINALS

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

1. ENG Form 3926 should be executed by marine dock and terminal operators engaged

in handling waterborne commerce.

2. Reports to be submitted to

within 10 days after the close of each month’s operation.

3. Complete one line on Form 2 for each vessel call.

3. Bunker fuel – Under “Remarks”, indicate kind and quantity of bunker fuel loaded

to each vessel, if any.

3. If the month is filled in at the top of the form, only the day of the month is needed in the “DATE” fields.

3. The submission of this information is strictly voluntary. The information collected and recorded on ENG Form 3926 will be used to augment and verify statistical data collected by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers on vessels operating on the waters of the U.S. The data which identifies the respondent and the respondent’s location is not released by the Corps.
