Abstract: The Corps of Engineers uses ENG form 3926 in conjunction with ENG form 3925, 3925B, and 3925P, as the basic source of input to conduct the Waterborne Commerce Statistics data collection program. The annual publications "Waterborne Commerce of the United States, parts 1-5" are the results of this program.
