The
consultant agrees: (a) during the term of this Agreement and
thereafter, not to disclose to others, directly or indirectly, any
unpublished secure or secret information relating to the business,
research activities or other interests of the Company, its clients or
any of its affiliates (including, without limitations, any programs
not intended for public disclosure, techniques or work products, any
trade secrets, any reports, recommendations or conclusions, or any
information as to present or future business plans or finances or as
to any products, services, suppliers, customers or prospective
customers) or use any such information after this agreement is
terminated, unless such information is used solely on behalf of the
Company; (b) to conform with the publication restrictions contained
in the Company’s contracts to which assigned; (c) to abide by
privacy of data agreements required by the Company’s client,
and to sign such agreements, if asked.
