Following completion of this pilot OMB requests to review the pilot reports including a summary of the sampling evaluation, the cognitive lab findings, and instrument logistics analysis, etc. DOJ advised it intends to provide OMB the results of the pilot study (all components—pilot sites 1, 2 & 3) in writing to OMB as well as conduct a briefing with OMB before proceeding with a full scale study. DOJ anticipates a briefing in early March 2012 with final evaluation documents mid March 2012.
