Under 18 USC 925, 26 USC 5844 and 22 USC 2778, ATF requires members of the Armed Forces to complete ATF F 6 Part II. The collection is needed to determine whether firearms, ammunition and implements of war are eligible for importation into the United States. The information is used to secure authorization to import such articles.
