2 commenters submitted the following comment: To Whom It May Concern: Thank you for the opportunity to comment on supplemental information for the Direct PLUS Loan process.  We are finding the process smooth and effective.  We appreciate the ability for Parent borrowers to identify where any credit as a result of the PLUS loan should be delivered.  In addition we request that PLUS borrowers, graduate students and parents, be able to authorize whether PLUS funding may apply to allowable and non-allowable charges. Thank you for this consideration.	Thank you for your response to the Federal Register Notice regarding the Direct PLUS Loan Request.  Authorization to use Direct PLUS Loan funds to satisfy other educationally related charges is covered by question 14 on the form.    If this doesn’t fully address your suggestion, please clarify. No changes are being made to the form.
