Abstract: EPA is finalizing changes to it motor vehicle certification and compliance program regulations to simplify and lessen the burdens for manufacturers seeking EPA approval for light duty vehicles and trucks that have been converted for use of alternative fuels. This ICR deals with the light-duty portion of the proposal. The change in burden is entirely in the emissions IC.
