The increase in burden hours
and responses were due to program participation. The number of
responses reflect the number of EEM loans that lenders have
processed for FHA endorsement. This number shows a slight increase
from the prior PRA, because borrowers and or lenders have chosen to
process more of these types of loans. Since the number of responses
increased, the burden for those responses rose in proportion.
