The increase in burden hours and responses were due to program participation. The number of responses reflect the number of EEM loans that lenders have processed for FHA endorsement. This number shows a slight increase from the prior PRA, because borrowers and or lenders have chosen to process more of these types of loans. Since the number of responses increased, the burden for those responses rose in proportion.
