The credit risk retention recordkeeping and disclosure requirements are contained in proposed new Regulation RR, which would implement section 15G of the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934 (15 U.S.C. § 78o-11, the Exchange Act), as added by section 941(b) of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection At of 2010 (Dodd-Frank Act).
