Abstract: The Agency for International Development (USAID) is collecting this additional information in order to conduct screening of potential recipients of USAID contracts, grants or other funding assistance. The information will be used for screening of non-governmental organizations, both profit and non-profit, who bid on contracts or apply for grants or other funding assistance in order to prevent inadvertent support to entities or individuals associated with terroism. The respondents are those non-governmental organizations or individuals applying for USAId funding assistance.
