Short Statement: There is an adjustment of -1,502 burden hours due to decreasing the annual hours per recordkeeper from 0.750 hours to .008 for recordkeeping. The total hours decreased from 1520 to 17 thereby affecting the total burden hours. The program specialist determined that the time reported in the last submission was too high. This change did not impact the annual number of responses and that number has not changed since the last approval.
