Customer Satisfaction Survey
According to the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, an agency may not conduct or sponsor, and a person is not required to respond to, a collection of information unless it displays a valid OMB control number. The valid OMB control number for this information collection is 0583-0151. The time required to complete this information collection is estimated to average 10 minutes per response, including the time for reviewing instructions, searching existing data sources, gathering and maintaining the data needed, and completing and reviewing the collection of information.
Small Plant News is a newsletter for small and very small federally inspected establishment owners and operators who produce meat, poultry and egg products. The newsletter helps to thoroughly explain FSIS rules, regulations, and operational practices.
In an effort to improve the quality of the Small Plant News and to better serve your needs, we are asking that you take approximately 10 minutes to participate in a customer satisfaction survey.
