Agenda, which calls for government reform that is citizen-centric,
results-oriented and market-based and requires agencies to
participate in e-government initiatives that provide high quality
customer service, provide citizens with readier access to
government services, increase access for persons with disabilities
to agency Web sites and make government more transparent and
accountable.
