NON-SUBSTANTIVE CHANGE REQUEST FOR INFORMATION COLLECTION 3060-0484
The Federal Communication Commission is seeking a non-substantive change request for information collection 3060-0484. The Commission is requesting this change request due to the following items being added to the NORS Notification (page 1) and the NORS Initial Report (page 2), each with two new fields added as follows:
"Date Outage Determined Reportable"
and
"Local Time Outage Determined Reportable (24 hr clock (nnnn))"
Adding these fields imposes no additional burdens (hours and costs) on reporting providers. Therefore, this change should be considered non-substantive.
