Abstract: SF 2803/SF 3108 are an application to make payment used by persons who are eligible to pay for Federal service which was not subject to retirement deductions and/or for Federal service which was subject to retirement deduction which were subsequently refunded to the applicant. Non-substantive change for SF 3108. We are making minor edits to Standard Form 3108 due to a policy decision on crediting service based on changes in the National Defense Authorization Act legislation. We have annotated the edits on this form.
