Abstract: This proposed Information Sheet will be used by employees of the Selective Service System to assist the governors of the several states in locating and nominating to the President citizens who volunteer to serve as local, appeal and civilian review board members in the administration of the Military Selective Service Act.

Short Statement: The burden increase has been affected because the number respondents has changed due to Agency required 20 year tenure appointments. Because of the number of separations due to this requirement more applicants were needed to backfill the vacancies.
