The decrease in burden hour’s results from moving away from a paper based form to an electronic online format. As a result of these changes, students/trainees spend less time completing and submitting the form.

For FEMA Form 078-0-2 (supervisors), the previously approved burden hours were 382.5; the current estimated annual hour burden is 247.5, resulting in a decrease (program change) of 135.0 hours. The decrease in burden hour’s results from moving away from a paper based form to an electronic online format. As a result of these changes, supervisors spend less time completing and submitting the form.
