This information is collected from applicants for a new pilot program seeking innovative proposals for increasing the energy efficiency of Multifamily Housing.
This emergency processing is essential to the immediate implementation of the Energy Innovation Fund – Multifamily Energy Pilot Program, designed to stimulate innovative approaches for increasing the energy efficiency of existing multifamily residential properties that can be replicated by others, which HUD was directed to make under the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2010 (Pub L. 111-117).
