Abstract: Consistent with Government Performance and Results Act (GPRA) and the SBA Strategic Plan, the Agency will evaluate SBA's training programs and initiatives to access the impact of training on start-up and in business clients. The survey will be used to measure effects of face-to- face and online training on the respondents an to, evaluate the effectiveness, usefulness and relevancy of the training provided and whether the training led to job retention or creation and in increases in start-up, survival rates and revenues.
