Importers who wish APHIS to amend its
regulations to allow for the import of additional commodities may
submit a written request for Agency consideration.
The number of respondents have
increased by 2, but the number of responses decreased by 31; this
decrease is due to the frequency of shipments dropping from 3 times
to 2 times per year, resulting in a decrease of 1,240 burden hours.
These changes are due to the current difficult economic
conditions.
