Instructions
for Tap Water TWQ Sample
|
Remove
the frozen ice packs from the tap water TWQ sample collection kit
and place them in your freezer.
Call
FedEx (1-800-463-3399) to schedule a pickup or determine where to
drop off the shipment. If FedEx cannot pick up the shipment or
accept a drop off today, place the kit contents in a safe place
and keep the ice packs in your freezer so you can collect the
sample on another day.
|
On
the day of sample collection, remove contents of the TWQ sample
collection kit from the shipping container (Photo 1).
If
possible, before collecting the sample, avoid handling or using
the following: caffeine, tobacco, home cleaning agents, or
personal care products, such as antibacterial soaps, hand
sanitizers, or lotions.
Place
the sample ID labels on the Tap Water TWQ Questionnaire (question
4). Then write the date and mark the day of the week (questions 5
and 6).
