Justification for the Non-Substantive Changes to

Internet Benefit Application (iClaim/ S-iClaim)

OMB No. 0960-0618

Justification:

OMB previously approved the package submitted on 06/01/11. After we received the approval, we noticed that we were using inconsistent language on the Welcome Pages.

We made changes to the Welcome pages to:

  • Synchronize the link with the web page title

  • Make the language consistent throughout the application
