Abstract: This information collection will allow ECA/P/V to conduct follow-up-program surveys of participants in ECA exchange programs that focus on youth and leadership. This collection will assist ECA/P/V in evaluating the overall effectiveness of ECA programs by gathering data to be used for program support, planning and design, as well as monitor the program's performance.
