Abstract: This collection is essential to HUD selecting qualified organizations to participate in the LEPI program. Further, this solicitation will enable the monitoring of the selected grantees' use of LEPI funds that is consistent with promoting the use of translated materials and other programs that support the assistance of persons with limited English proficiency in utilizing the services provided by the Department.

Emergency Justfication: The purpose of the LEPI NOFA is to provide direct services to LEP individuals by providing information on accessing HUD programs, services and activities in languages nativce to the targeted LEP communities, in coordination with local HUD grantees.
