VA accidently requested burden hours for the generic clearance during it initial clearance. This caused VA to exceed its burden hours without actually submitting a generic clearance under 2900-0770 for approval. Therefore, VA is requesting that the burden hours be reinstated so that the agency can submit requests for clearance.
