This survey is a part of CFM’s ongoing effort to identify opportunities to improve the level and quality of acquisition support CFM provides its suppliers. To this end, your candid feedback through this survey will be greatly appreciated and valued.

The survey is voluntary, and should take you less than 8 minutes to complete. By default, only aggregated survey results will be shared with CFM. However, you do have the option of waiving your privacy should you choose to have someone from CFM review and follow up with you regarding your individual ratings and comments.

As a construction firm doing business with the federal government, we would like to bring your attention to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Construction and Facilities Management (CFM) Supplier Electronic Comment Card initiative. This initiative is being launched to give current, former, and prospective CFM suppliers the opportunity to provide feedback on the interactions suppliers CFM acquisition support personnel; the acquisition support CFM providers; as well as CFM acquisition policies, programs, and practices.

Comment card participation is voluntary. Each comment card should take less than 2 minutes to complete. Your feedback is anonymous, and will be analyzed by a third party, and they will only share aggregated comment card results with CFM. However, should you wish to have someone from CFM review and/or follow up with you on your ratings or comments, you may indicate as much within the comment card.
