proposing to use transmitting equipment that is not type-certified
by the FCC laboratory personnel to provide a description of the
proposed equipment. It also describes certain supplemental
information required through the application process, that needs to
be received by the Commission. Information is used to evaluate the
interference potential of the proposed device.
