with 5 CFR 1320, the information collection is approved for three
years. The agency is reminded that it should have in place an
internal planning process so that non-emergency extension requests
are submitted to OMB sufficiently prior to the expiration date of
the collection to allow for a 60-day period of OMB review. This
planning process should take into account the public notification
and comment period required by 5 CFR 1320.
