This renewal package requests an extension of a currently approved collection. There is a program adjustment to account for an increase in the estimated number of respondents (from 950 respondents to 1,000 respondents). Due to an increase (50 respondents) in the numbers of RUS financed borrowers in the Electric and Telecommunications programs combined, there is an agency adjustment resulting in an increase of 1,350 burden hours. There was no change in the regulations or in program operations.
